小米近期发布了一款智能手环,售价仅79元人民币(约合12.79美元),预计将影响其他未来想推出可穿戴设备厂商的定价策略。
目前许多厂商将三星对Galaxy Gear和Fitbit的定价作为参考。不过,为了能与小米产品展开竞争,它们需要重新调整。Galaxy Gear2定价269美元,而Fitbit定价99美元。
市场观察者指出,依赖低价策略的厂商将会受小米智能手环的影响,不过苹果和三星因为目标群体不同,受影响有限。
市场观察者最初预计这款设备售价在100美元-200美元之间,不过现在可能要低些。
宏碁在2013年共出货250万部智能手机,并预计今年这一数值将增长500-1000%。
Digitimes Research曾预计全球智能手机出货量今年将增长30%,而2015年为20%。

Xiaomi kicks off price war in wearable device market
China-based Xiaomi has recently released a smart bracelet priced at CNY79 (US$12.79) and the price point is expected to affect other vendors' pricing for wearable devices they plan to release in the near future, according to some market watchers.

The market watchers pointed out that vendors who rely on low-price strategies will be affected by Xiaomi's new wearable device, but Apple and Samsung will only see limited impact as their target customers are completely different.
Acer has recently unveiled its new wearable device, the Liquid Leap, featuring an 1-inch OLED touch display and it will be available later in August. The market watchers originally expected the wearable device to be priced between US$100-120, but may now be cheaper.
Acer shipped 2.5 million smartphones in 2013 and expects its shipments to grow 500-1,000% on year in 2014.
Digitimes Research has also estimated that worldwide smartphone shipments will grow 30% on year in 2014 and 20% in 2015.
