元器件交易网讯 6月20日消息，据外媒报道，黑莓发布收入报告好于预期，但智能机业务方面销量仍在下降。

　　黑莓的计划包括削减成本并转移向服务领域以支付股息，最新的财务报告显示其仍处于亏损，但好于预期。智能机曾是黑莓收入的主要来源，但上季度其出货量从340万部下降到260万部。

　　黑莓没有透露黑莓7和黑莓10的销量情况，这表明其新操作系统没能实现对于普通消费者和商务人群的区分。上季度黑莓7销量较黑莓10高出一倍以上。

　　BlackBerry's plan to cut costs and shift toservices is starting to pay dividends. While the company's latest financialearnings report shows it's still suffering losses, they aren't as bad asexpected. It certainly wasn't thanks to its smartphones, which were onceBlackBerry's main source of revenue, as they fell to just 2.6 million unitsfrom 3.4 million in the last quarter. This time around, the Canadian smartphonemaker didn't divulge how many BB7 and BB10 handsets it sold, suggesting thenewer OS just isn't tempting consumers and businesses to part with theiriPhones and Android devices. For reference: BB7 smartphone sales more thandoubled those of BlackBerry 10 last quarter.

　　Again, BlackBerry saw the majority of itsrevenue (54 percent) come from its services, which CEO Jon Chen believes willhelp the company become profitable by 2016. But that all hinges on whether itcan succeed in providing secure communications for large companies andgovernment agencies. Right now, BlackBerry's cost-cutting measures (and thesale of its Canadian offices) are helping to balance out this quarter's mobilelosses. But if it can't boost income from the most profitable part of itsbusiness, BlackBerry could fit itself back at square one with no room to cutany more costs.
