元器件交易网讯  5月13日消息，据外媒报道，台积电4月收入将增24%达到20.6亿美元。

　　在2014年前4个月，台积电销售额同比增15%达到70亿美元。

　　台积电第二季度预计销售额为60亿美元，比上季度增长22%。

　　第二季度毛利润率将达到49.5%，当前为47%，营业利润将增加。
