元器件交易网讯  5月8日消息，据外媒报道，内存芯片制造商华亚科技4月份营收为新台币64亿（2.14亿美元），环比下滑7.5％，但同比上升87.6％。2014年前四个月营收新台币266亿（8.2亿美元）。

　　尽管4月份连续营收下滑，而内存芯片的供应一直吃紧，并且DRAM配件价格也保持稳定。业内人士预计华亚科技收入在第2季度和第3季度将继续保持强劲态势并且利润还会增长。

　　华亚科技一直专注于高价位、高性能的芯片以及下一代DDR4内存芯片，并在第2季度末开始试产20纳米芯片。（元器件交易网   白玉涛译）

　　Memory chipmaker Inotera Memories has reported revenues of NT$6.46 billion (US$214.53 million) for April, down 7.5% sequentially, but up 87.6% on year. For the first four months of 2014, revenues amounted to NT$26.69 billion, increasing 121% from a year earlier.

　　Despite the sequential revenue decline posted in April, industry sources expect Inotera to continue to scoop up strong revenue and profit gains in the second and third quarters of 2014 since the supply of memory chips has been tight, and prices of DRAM parts also remain stable.

　　Inotera posted net profits of NT$11.25 billion or NT$1.85 per share in the first quarter of 2014.

　　The company will begin trial production of 20nm chips at the end of the second quarter, focusing on high-priced, high-performance chips as well as next-generation DDR4 memory chips.
