元器件交易网讯 3月28日消息，据外媒报道，中国面板制造商京东方将向索尼提供28英寸的LCD TV面板。索尼准备在新兴市场发布新款28英寸电视，已在3月份向京东方提供订单。由于型号大小的限制，京东方预期一个月最多可生产10万块面板。

　　China-based panel maker BOE has entered Sony's supply chain to supply 28-inch LCD TV panels, according to industry sources.

　　Sony is looking to release new 28-inch units in emerging markets and started putting in orders to BOE in March 2014.

　　BOE expects to produce less than 100,000 units of the panels a month due to limited demand for the size, and will reportedly do so on one of its 8.5G lines.

　　The sources said BOE hopes this business opportunity will help improve relations between it and Sony and further pave the way for more cooperation in the future.
