元器件交易网讯 3月18日消息，电池组厂商新普科技宣称其2013年净利润为32.36亿新台币（约合1.08亿美元），比支出资本30.83亿新台币高4.96%。
新普科技董事长雷蒙德·宋(Raymond Sung)称，2013年新普科技电动自行车电池业务收入为10亿新台币，预计2014年该领域收入将增长40%-50%。
雷蒙德·宋预计，到2014年下半年，公司将为中国大陆电动公交车出货电池组。新普科技已完成自主研发出生产智能手机电池的100%自动化设备，并将铺设20条该设备的生产线。雷蒙德·宋补充说，新普科技计划通过销售此设备来拓展新的业务。

Notebook battery pack maker Simplo Technology has posted net profit of NT$3.236 billion (US$108 million) for 2013, 4.96% higher than its paid-in capital of NT$3.083 billion.
Simplo brought in revenues of NT$1 billion from battery packs for electric bicycles in 2013 and expect the segment's revenues to hike 40-50% on year in 2014, company chairman Raymond Sung said. Simplo also expects to begin battery pack shipments to the electric bus sector in China in second-half 2014, Sung indicated.
Simplo has finished in-house development of 100% automation equipment for smartphone battery production and will install the equipment at 20 production lines, Sung said, adding Simplo plans to embark on a new business by selling such automation equipment, Sung noted.
