元器件交易网讯  3月17日消息，据外媒报道，LG电子3月14日上午在首尔Yoido双塔楼召开12届股东大会，会上称该公司今年的销售目标为62.3万亿韩元（约580亿美元）。为了实现这一目标,该公司计划投资3万亿韩元用于工厂和设备。

　　LG官员说,“我们将继续发行世界级的高端智能手机，通过可穿戴设备显示新功能。我们还将改善我们在电动汽车零部件设计、生产和发展的能力扩大客户范围。”

　　他补充说:“通过这些努力，我们将实现公司的销售目标62.3万亿韩元。要做到这一点，我们将投资3万亿韩元于工厂和设备。”

　　The company held its 12th general shareholders meeting in the morning of March 14 at Yoido Twin Tower building in Seoul where it revealed the above business plan.

　　An LG official said, “We will continue to release world-class premium smartphones, while displaying new capabilities through wearable devices. We will also expand the scope of clients by improving our capabilities in electric car parts design, production and development.”

　　He added, “With these efforts, we will achieve our company-wide sales target of 62.3 trillion won. To do this, we will make investment of up to 3 trillion won in plants and equipment.”

　　During the general shareholders meeting, the company’s vice chairman Koo Bon-Joon and CFO Chung Do-Hyun were unanimously reappointed as in-house directors. The salaries of the directors were to remain unchanged at 4.5 billion won.
