  摘要:石墨烯热转印材料(GTTR:Graphene Thermal Transfer Ribbon)及其应用之一石墨烯RFID天线首次在中国苏州面世。GTTR有类比烫印箔、“碳带”更多的模块结构, 可同时搭载其他纳米级主副功能层。转印物却是最多量的取向石墨烯微片、最少量的高热敏性半导体连结料组成,用于微电极、矩阵电路R2R-3D热转印,同步UV或EB固化。石墨烯微片褶皱无序,唯其墨层涂布工艺的多重“取向”、热转印的“温度”“压强”增加了其紧密的连续性面接触,才是对石墨烯导电性能有最佳的利用。转印墨层具有导体、半导体和电容三并联的阻容导电性能。容抗方阻的同时降低对RFID射频天线性能更有利。导电布线革命,几多千亿蓝海市场。初步工业化实施简报之一①-⑥(RFID天线篇)。

  Subject:Briefing on implementation of Graphene TTR printing material project (1)

  Abstract: :GTTR(Graphene Thermal Transfer Ribbon)and one of its application Graphene RFID antenna was first launched in Suzhou, China. GTTR has more module structure of analog TTR or hot stamping foil. It can carry other nano-level of main and sub-functional layers at the same time. The transfer ink is composed of maximum amount of oriented graphene microchip and a minimum amount of highly heat-sensitive semiconductor binders. It could be used for microelectrode, matrix circuit R2R-3D thermal transfer, sync UV or EB curing. The graphene microchip wrinkles are disordered, but multiple "orientations" of ink coating process, the "temperature" and "pressure" of thermal transfer increase the close continuous area contact, so that we can make best use of its conductivity. The transfer ink layer has resistance and capacitance conductivity in three parallel with the conductor, the semiconductor and the capacitance. At the same time the Sheet capacitance resistance decreased more favorable to RFID RF antenna performance. The revolution of conductive wiring leads to hundreds of billions blue ocean market.
