your stamped contract (two copies) together
with stamped business license, company introduction
or brochure to organizer for screening.

4.Organizer will send “Exhibitor Manual”
after receiving payment, which provide information
on exhibition schedule, transportation, accommodation,
exhibit furniture leasing details, exhibiting
space construction notice and other necessary
notice for exhibition.
5.Prepare exhibiting materials, exhibiting
products, besides preparing exhibiting schedule
and confirming the exhibiting staffs.
6.Contact customers you intend to meet in the
exhibition, we can also help to invite your
customers if you offer us contact details.
7.Get familiar with the exhibiting procedure
and be ready for the exhibition. |
